Dandan Noodles

Dandan noodles are Chinese noodles from the Sichuan branch of Chinese cuisine. It is very spicy and oily, and it is made of noodles, vegetables, pork and scallions (plus chili).

The name "dandan" is a reference to the vendors that sell this type of food on the streets of China. Dandan noodles are peddler noodles.
